Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and us for using the DayTwo mobile app. You accept them when you create an account.

If you work at an organization that uses DayTwo Insights, the DayTwo Insights partner agreement covers that account instead.

To read how we handle your information, read the DayTwo privacy notice. That notice explains your choices. It is not part of this agreement.

Who we are

ONOW Ascent Inc. operates DayTwo. We are a company incorporated in Delaware, United States. To reach us, write to hello@getdaytwo.com. For help using DayTwo, read the help pages.

What DayTwo is

DayTwo is an app for recording money in and money out, setting goals, and getting coaching from Bizzy. Bizzy is our automated assistant.

DayTwo is not professional advice

Bizzy writes coaching from what you enter. Bizzy helps you think about your money. Bizzy is not a bank, a lender, an accountant, an investment adviser, or a lawyer. Neither are we.

Bizzy is automated, and Bizzy can be wrong. Before you make a decision that matters to you, such as taking a loan, ask a person you trust or a qualified professional. You are responsible for your decisions.

Who can use DayTwo

You must be 18 or older.

Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Give us contact details that work, so that we can reach you about your account.

Your records

Your records belong to you. When you use DayTwo, you give us permission to store your records and to process them so that the service works. The privacy notice describes how. We claim no other rights over your records.

If you write another person's name or details into a record, enter only what you need for your own record keeping.

Paid features

Parts of DayTwo are free. Some features are paid.

If you pay, Apple or Google handles the payment. Their terms apply to that payment, including refunds.

A partner organization can sponsor your access. If the sponsorship ends, we tell you before your access changes. Your records stay yours either way.

Fair use

Do not use DayTwo to break the law. Do not interfere with the service. Do not probe the service for weaknesses. Do not copy the service. Do not sell or share your access. Use one account per person.

Availability

We work to keep DayTwo available. Records you enter offline sync when you are online again. We cannot promise that the service never stops.

We can change features and add features. If we remove a feature you rely on, we tell you in DayTwo first.

Ending your account

You can stop using DayTwo at any time. To delete your account and your records, open Settings.

If you break these terms, we can suspend or close your account. We tell you why, unless the law stops us.

What we are responsible for

We provide DayTwo with care, and we provide it as it is. To the extent that your country's law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms do not remove protections that your country's law gives you and that you cannot give up.

Which law applies

The law of Delaware, United States, governs these terms. These terms do not take away rights that you have under the law of your own country.

How we change these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in DayTwo at least 30 days before the change starts. If you keep using DayTwo after the change starts, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, close your account before the change starts.
