DayTwo Insights partner agreement

Version 1.0. Effective Aug 24, 2026.

This agreement covers your organization's use of DayTwo Insights. You accept it by ticking a box when you create an Insights account.

The agreement has two parts. Part A covers the service, and it applies to every Insights account, free or paid. Part B covers personal information about DayTwo users, and it applies from the moment a user first shares records with you.

DayTwo Insights is operated by ONOW Ascent Inc., the same company that operates the DayTwo app. To read how we handle information, read the DayTwo privacy notice.

In this agreement, "we" means ONOW Ascent Inc. "You" means your organization. "User" means a person who uses the DayTwo app.

Part A. Using DayTwo Insights

1. What DayTwo Insights is

DayTwo Insights is a web service for organizations that support business owners. It shows you records that owners choose to share with you, and it produces reports from them.

The DayTwo terms of service cover the DayTwo mobile app and apply to people using that app. They do not cover your Insights account. This agreement does.

2. Your account

Give each staff member an individual account. Do not share login details between staff.

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for what happens on your accounts.

Tell us when a staff member should no longer have access.

3. Plans and payment

Some Insights features are free. Some are paid.

We publish the current prices on the partners page. If we change the price of a plan you hold, we tell you at least 30 days before the change starts.

Paid plans run until you end them. If you end a paid plan partway through a period, we refund the unused part.

4. Fair use

Do not use DayTwo Insights to break the law. Do not interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses, or copy it. Do not resell access to it.

5. Availability

We work to keep DayTwo Insights available. We cannot promise that the service never stops.

We can change features and add features. If we remove a feature you rely on, we tell you first.

6. What we are responsible for

We provide DayTwo Insights with care, and we provide it as it is. To the extent that your country's law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Ending your account

You can close your Insights account at any time.

If you break this agreement, we can suspend or close your account. We tell you why, unless the law stops us.

Section 15 describes what happens to user information when your account ends.

Part B. Receiving information about DayTwo users

8. When Part B applies

Part B applies from the moment a DayTwo user first shares records with you, and it continues for as long as you hold that information.

If no user has ever shared records with you, only Part A applies.

9. How you receive information

Each user chooses whether to share records with you. Each user also chooses which dates you see. You receive nothing until a user turns sharing on.

A user can turn sharing off at any time. When a user turns sharing off, that user's records stop appearing in your account.

You do not receive conversations between a user and Bizzy. We do not share those conversations with anyone.

10. Your role

When you receive personal information, you decide how you use it. You are therefore responsible for that information under the data protection law of your country, separately from us.

If your country requires you to register with a data protection authority, you are responsible for that registration.

11. What you can use the information for

You can use the information to support the users in your programs, to advise those users, and to report on program results to your funders and your board.

When you report to funders, use combined figures wherever combined figures do the job.

12. Using the information to decide something about a user

This section applies when you want to use the information to make a decision about a user. Such a decision includes:

  • whether to lend to the user
  • what loan terms to offer the user
  • whether the user enters your program
  • whether the user leaves your program
  • anything else that materially affects the user

You can use the information this way only when all five of the following statements are true.

  1. You told the user, in plain language and before the decision, that you use DayTwo records this way.
  2. The user agreed to that specific use. A user who shares records with you has not agreed to this use. You need a separate agreement.
  3. A person makes the final decision. Software alone does not make it.
  4. You tell the user the outcome. You give the user a way to question the outcome and a way to give you information that you did not have.
  5. You meet what your own country's law requires of you as a lender or as a program operator. You are responsible for meeting it.

Before you start using the information this way, tell us. We may have to change what we tell users and what we tell regulators. We cannot change either one if we do not know.

13. What you must not do

Do not sell the information. Do not rent it. Do not share it with anyone outside your organization.

Do not build a credit score or a risk model that you sell, license, or share with another organization.

Do not try to identify individuals from combined figures.

Do not use the information to market to users. Do not pass the information to anyone who markets to users.

Before you transfer the information to another country, check what your own law requires.

14. How to keep the information safe

Section 2 requires an individual account for each staff member. On top of that:

Give access to user records only to staff who need them for the work described in section 11. Keep a record of who has access.

Remove access when a staff member leaves or changes role.

Do not download bulk exports to personal devices or to personal accounts.

15. What to do if something goes wrong

Someone may lose information you received through DayTwo Insights, expose it, or reach it without permission. When you find out, write to nathan@getdaytwo.com within 24 hours.

Tell us what happened, which users it affects, and what you are doing about it. We may have to notify a regulator on a short clock, and we cannot notify the regulator without these facts.

16. What happens to user information when your account ends

When your Insights account closes, your access to user records ends. The same applies when a paid plan ends and the features that showed those records are no longer part of your plan.

If you break this agreement, we can suspend or end your access to user records while we look into it. We tell you why.

Within 30 days of the end, delete any copies you took out of DayTwo Insights, unless a law requires you to keep them. Tell us when you finish.

17. Requests from users

If a user asks you to show, correct, or delete the information you hold, handle the request under your own law. Tell us within 5 working days, so that our records match yours.

18. How we change this agreement

We can update this agreement. We tell you at least 30 days before a change starts. If you do not accept the new version, you can end your paid plan, and we refund the unused part.

19. Which law applies

The law of Delaware, United States, governs this agreement. This agreement does not remove any protection that users have under the law of their own country. It does not remove any obligation that you have under the law of yours.

How you accept this agreement

You accept this agreement by ticking the box when you create a DayTwo Insights account. Ticking that box has the same effect as signing this agreement on paper.

Tick it only if you can accept agreements for your organization.

We record who ticked it, for which organization, on what date, and which version of this agreement they saw. You can ask us for that record at any time.

Most organizations need nothing more than this. If your procurement requires a countersigned paper copy, write to hello@getdaytwo.com and we will arrange one. A paper copy adds to the record. It does not replace the record made when you ticked the box.
