Getting started

How do I create an account?

Open DayTwo and enter your phone number or your email address. Choose a name, your language, and your currency. Read the terms and tap the button to accept them.

You must be 18 or older to use DayTwo.

What do I do first?

Enter one record. A record is money that came in or money that went out. Enter the amount, the date, and what it was for.

You do not need to enter everything at once. Start with today.

Does DayTwo work without internet?

Yes, for your records. You can write records with no connection. DayTwo saves them on your phone and sends them to your account when you are online again.

Bizzy needs a connection to answer you.

Bizzy

What is Bizzy?

Bizzy is the coach inside DayTwo. Bizzy reads the records you enter and tells you what they show.

Bizzy is automated. Bizzy is not a person, and Bizzy can be wrong. Before a decision that matters, such as taking a loan, ask a person you trust or a qualified professional.

Why does Bizzy need my records?

Bizzy cannot answer a question about your money without reading your money. To write a reply, DayTwo sends your records and your message to another company's computer service. That service does not keep your information and does not learn from it.

You choose whether to allow this. DayTwo asks you the first time you meet Bizzy.

Can I use DayTwo without Bizzy?

Yes. You can enter records, see your history, and track goals with Bizzy turned off.

How do I turn Bizzy on or off?

Open Settings and change Bizzy coaching.

If you turn Bizzy off, your records stay. Only the coaching stops.

Your records

Who can see my records?

You. Nobody else sees them unless you turn on sharing yourself.

Our team does not read your records as part of normal work. A small number of people can reach the system to fix faults, and we log what they see.

Can I change or delete a record?

Yes. Open the record and edit it, or delete it.

Can I record household money as well as business money?

Yes. Some people record business money only. Some people record both. DayTwo does not require one or the other.

Sharing with a program

What does sharing do?

If you joined DayTwo through a program or a coach, you can choose to show them your records. You pick which dates they see. They see the records from those dates and nothing else.

They cannot see your conversations with Bizzy.

How do I stop sharing?

Open Settings and change Show records to. When you turn it off, they stop seeing your records.

What can the program do with what I share?

The program decides how it uses what you shared. If the program wants to use your records to decide something about you, such as whether to lend you money, the program must tell you first and ask your permission separately.

Notifications

What does DayTwo send me?

A short reminder to enter your records.

How do I turn them off?

Open Settings and change Notifications. You can also turn them off in your phone's settings.

Your account

How do I change my language?

Open Settings and choose your language.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings and choose Delete my account and records. DayTwo asks you to confirm.

When you confirm, sharing with any program stops at once, and we delete your records within 30 days.

What information does DayTwo hold about me?

Read the privacy notice. It lists what we collect, why, where it goes, and how long we keep it.

You can ask to see your information, correct it, delete it, or get a copy to take elsewhere.

Paying for DayTwo

Is DayTwo free?

Parts of DayTwo are free. Some features are paid.

If a program sponsors your access, you do not pay. If the sponsorship ends, we tell you before your access changes. Your records stay yours either way.

How do refunds work?

Apple and Google handle payments made in the app, so refunds follow their rules. Ask Apple or Google for a refund on a purchase you made through them.
